We are looking for proactive Recruiters with excellent organizational and communication skills for our various zones, with flexibility to move between branches. Your primary objective is to support our branches—from recruitment and selection through to hiring—contributing to process efficiency and employee well-being. * **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position * Gender: No preference * Willingness to travel to various locations across Monterrey city * Full-time availability **Main Responsibilities:** Recruitment and selection of operational staff for branches. * Manage and administer various job boards/social media platforms to post vacancies (OCC, CompuTrabajo, Bumerán, Talenteca, Indeed, Facebook, University Partnerships, Networking) * Selection process: initial, in-depth, and competency-based interviews * Screening: administer and interpret psychometric tests, reference checks * Follow-up on candidate submissions to internal clients for selection and hiring * Organizational onboarding * Personnel file compilation * Reporting of recruitment and selection metrics We Offer: * Net salary of 12,000–13,000 (tax-free) * Statutory benefits and additional benefits
