Juárez **What Are We Looking For?** * 2–3 years of experience as: Accounting Specialist, Accounting Leader, Finance and Accounting Coordinator. * Design and administration of processes; management of policies, procedures, and compliance with ISO-type standards. * 1–2 years of solid accounting experience: Management and reconciliation of payroll-related taxes (IMSS, Infonavit), bank reconciliations, invoice tracking, preparation of accounting records, expense and revenue journal entries, and daily journal entries. * 1–2 years of experience filing tax obligations (monthly, annual, DIOT, informative returns, shareholder reports, refunds, clarifications, etc.). Proficiency with SAT portals: IDSE, SUA, DIOT, DEM, IMSS, Infonavit, and banking portals, among others. * 1–2 years of experience handling working papers, including: Preparation of severance agreements and settlements; calculation of 3% payroll tax; calculation of social security variables; calculation of occupational risk premium; tax calculations; completion of occupational risk forms; vacation control; incapacity control; payroll receipt control; Infonavit loan control; calculation of year-end bonuses (aguinaldo) and profit-sharing (PTU). * Support for internal and external audits.
