Our offer includes: * **Monthly Base Salary**: MXN 15,000–18,000 (free of deductions—includes food vouchers, free days, IMSS, life insurance, training, etc.). * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location**: On-site, Torre Mitikah. **Your Profile – What Do You Need to Know?** * 1–2 years of experience in roles such as: Key Account Manager (KAM), telemarketing, inside sales, account manager, sales representative, commercial advisor, sales executive, Business Development Manager (BDM), Business Relationship Manager (BRM), call center agent, product manager, channel manager, etc. * 1–2 years of experience promoting, selling, or positioning IT solutions such as: SaaS, hardware, telecommunications, CRM, ERP, BI, data analytics, cybersecurity, etc. Familiarity with brands including: Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HP, GCP, AWS, SAP, Fortinet, Oracle, Check Point, etc. * 1–2 years generating demand via outbound methods (telemarketing, cold calling, events, etc.) and inbound methods (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, breakfast meetings, webinars, etc.). * 1–2 years qualifying prospects and managing renewals using frameworks such as BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC, or market-based criteria (company size, industry, budget, etc.). * Strong commercial drive to meet monthly and quarterly quotas (pipeline forecasting management). * Proficient handling of documentation (presentations, commercial proposals, document review, contract onboarding, insurance policies, invoicing, service activation, etc.). * Critically important: preparation of sales reports (forecasts, funnel, pipeline, forecast, backlog) and performance indicators related to conversion and deal closure. * Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry, campaign management, contact tracking, and activity logging—including Salesforce, Dynamics 365\.
