This role is based in Mexico City, at our Arcos Bosques offices. It is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week working onsite. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Executing and overseeing the premium collections process, including generating account statements and client reminders. * Coordinating premium requests and payments through the trust team, ensuring proper documentation and creation of beneficiary accounts. * Maintaining effective communication with clients and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure adherence to deadlines. * Monitoring and overseeing receipt identification, application, and reconciliation. * Coordinating with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Claims teams to ensure accurate and timely fund entry and application. * Managing the return of unidentified receipts and handling unallocated cash, ensuring timely reporting and justifications for outstanding balances. * Ensuring proper integration of digital files. * Collecting digital documentary information for internal and external audits. * Analytical skills to assess operational metrics and prepare management reports. * Knowledge of local regulatory requirements. **What you need to have:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, international business, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance. * Excel: Intermediate to advanced. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency. * English: Intermediate conversational and advanced written skills. * Solid knowledge of fiduciary processes, account reconciliation, and unallocated cash handling. * Experience in premium collection and payment, as well as associated document management (e.g., Evidence of Coverage, Debit Notes, endorsements). **What sets you apart:** * Ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple departments (Finance, Treasury, Operations, Claims, Customer Support). * Attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation management. * Strong communication skills to maintain effective interactions with internal and external clients. * Proactivity in identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * High sense of responsibility, professional ethics, and confidentiality. **Why join our team:** * We help you bring your best self forward through professional development opportunities, engaging work, and supportive leaders. * We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can collaborate with talented peers to create innovative solutions and make a positive impact on colleagues, clients, and communities. * Our global scale enables us to offer a wide variety of professional opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
