We seek an organized, proactive individual with a learning mindset to join our team. **Job Description:** An Advanced Accounting Assistant with solid tax and accounting experience. Responsible for executing and supervising accounting, tax, and payroll processes for multiple legal entities, ensuring timely compliance with tax authorities and social security institutions. Reports to the Administrative Accounting Director and supervises junior accounting assistants. **Position Objective:** Ensure accurate accounting records, tax and payroll compliance, and timely submission of monthly financial closings, minimizing risks with regulatory authorities. **Accounting Responsibilities** * Monthly accounting recording and reconciliation. * Account consolidation and reconciliation. * Monthly financial closing. * Preparation of working papers. * Provisions and depreciation calculations. * Fixed asset control. * Internal financial statements. * Supervision of accounting assistants. **Tax Responsibilities** * Monthly tax returns (ISR, IVA, DIOT). * Annual tax return. * Tax calculation and determination. * CFDI control. * Complementary tax returns. * Tax mailbox monitoring. * SAT inquiry handling. * PTU calculation. **IMSS and Infonavit Responsibilities** * Employee onboarding, termination, and salary adjustments. * Calculation of employer-employee contributions. * SUA and IDSE system management. * IMSS and Infonavit payment reconciliation. * Infonavit loan tracking. **Position KPIs** 1\. 100% on-time tax compliance. 2\. Financial closing completed before the 10th. 3\. Tax errors below 2%. 4\. Timely IMSS transactions. 5\. Effective supervision of accounting assistants.
