Job Summary: ALTEN Mexico is seeking an Automotive Software / Systems Engineer for a strategic project, collaborating on the support, development, and validation of automotive systems within an international team. Use of V-Model and ASPICE development methodologies **ALTEN Mexico** is looking for a **Software / Automotive Systems Engineer** to join a **strategic project within the automotive sector**. **Position Profile:** You will be part of an international team focused on **support, development and/or validation of automotive systems**, actively participating in various stages of the product lifecycle. This role involves continuous collaboration with software, systems, and quality teams, ensuring compliance with **technical requirements, processes, and industry-specific automotive standards**. The position plays a key role in **executing technical and documentation activities**, within a structured, quality-oriented environment, applying methodologies such as **V\-Model and ASPICE**, and using **English as the working language** for meetings and communication with international stakeholders. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day activities related to **requirements analysis, integration, validation, and technical support**, interacting with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, international environment. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the **support, development and/or validation of automotive systems**. * Analyze and track **technical and functional requirements**. * Collaborate on **systems engineering, integration, and testing activities**. * Execute functional, integration and/or software and systems validation tests. * Prepare and maintain **technical documentation** in accordance with automotive processes. * Ensure compliance with **industry quality standards and processes** (V\-Model, ASPICE). * Use development and management tools such as **Git, Jira, and Confluence**. * Collaborate effectively with **multidisciplinary and international teams**. * Report progress, incidents, and technical risks promptly. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field. * **2–4 years** of experience in projects within the **automotive sector**. * Knowledge of **embedded software and/or automotive systems**. * Experience in **analysis and tracking of technical requirements**. * Familiarity with **automotive development processes and methodologies** (V\-Model). * Experience using tools such as **Git, Jira, and Confluence**. * Ability to generate and maintain **technical documentation**. * **Intermediate–advanced English**, capable of participating in meetings and written communication. **Benefits** * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan) * 15 days bonus * 25% vacation bonus * 12 days of vacation (From the first year) * Social Security * PTU/Profit Sharing
