Maintenance Assistant

### **Position Objective** Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for corporate office facilities, furniture, and general services, ensuring safe, functional, and optimal working environments for staff. ### **Responsibilities and Activities** **General Maintenance** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas, offices, and meeting rooms. * Carry out minor repairs to infrastructure (walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and windows). * Assist with basic painting, patching, and finishing work. **Electricity (Basic Level)** * Replace light fixtures, bulbs, outlets, and switches. * Conduct visual inspections of electrical installations and report major faults. * Support simple electrical installations for offices and internal events. **Basic Plumbing** * Repair minor leaks in sinks, toilets, and visible pipes. * Perform basic drain unclogging. * Inspect and replace bathroom fixtures. **Furniture and Equipment** * Adjust and perform basic repairs on office furniture. * Assist with moving, arranging, and relocating workstations. * Clean and maintain assigned tools and equipment. **General Services** * Support setups for meetings, events, or corporate visits. * Inspect facility safety conditions. * Assist external vendors during specialized work. **Control and Reporting** * Receive and follow up on work orders. * Report completed activities and material requirements. * Support tool and spare parts inventory management. **At Sigma, we champion originality.
