**Lumina is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Lumina is a company dedicated to the tourism industry, focused on the accommodation sector, with a presence in 9 cities across the Mexican Republic. Available work areas: Roma Norte and Condesa Schedule: Full-time (8 hours) \- Rotating shifts (Must have schedule flexibility); one rotating day off per week. What do you need? * Experience of 6 months to 1 year as a receptionist, concierge, or guest service representative in the hospitality industry or vacation rental departments. * ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED. * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Completed high school diploma; incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Tourism Business Administration, or related field. * Strong guest service skills, problem-solving ability, sense of urgency, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. * Familiarity with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and reservation systems.
