Main responsibilities: **Execute the complete payroll process (weekly, biweekly or monthly, as applicable).** * Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and contractual obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, etc.). * Coordinate the generation of reports and filings related to salaries and wages. * Provide employee support and assistance on payroll-related matters. * Collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting departments to ensure aligned processes. * Requirements: * **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.** * **Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll (advantageous to have handled mixed payrolls).** * Solid knowledge of Mexican labor and tax regulations. * Advanced Excel skills (test will be administered). * Minimum 5 years of experience working with an ERP system. * Leadership, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
