Knowledge: * Advanced knowledge of damage insurance policies across all lines (Commercial, Transportation, Civil Liability, Civil Works, Contractor’s Equipment, Professional Liability). * Knowledge of claims procedures. * Direct client interaction. * Policy administration and management. * Tracking of procedures, report generation, escalation, payment control. * Portfolio maintenance.
