Accompany employees through administrative procedures and professional development. **Position Description** -------------------------- ENSURE TALENT ATTRACTION, SELECTION, AND HIRING FOR THE SALES FORCE, FRONT OPERATIONS, AND COMMERCIAL STAFF. PROMOTE ORGANIZATIONAL PRACTICES SUCH AS VOLUNTEERING, TEAM-BUILDING ACTIVITIES, DREAM METERS, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, AND SERVE AS AN ALLY OF THE COMPANY PHILOSOPHY. IDENTIFY EARLY WARNINGS, FACILITATE CONVERSATIONS AND IMPLEMENT DISCIPLINARY MEASURES TO IMPROVE EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR, AS WELL AS ADVISE, ACCOMPANY, AND ENSURE EXECUTION AND OBJECTIVE CLOSURE OF THE PITS. IDENTIFY KEY TALENT AND PROVIDE SUPPORT DURING PROMOTION FEEDBACK SESSIONS. SUPPORT ACTION PLANS, IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT IN WORK CLIMATE, ACT AS A LIAISON WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS, AND SUPPORT EMPLOYEES IN CASES OF ROBBERY, DEATH, ILLNESS, ACCIDENTS, AS WELL AS VALIDATE, SCHEDULE, AND EXECUTE FIELD TERMINATIONS WHILE ENSURING A PROPER EXIT PROCESS FOR EMPLOYEES. SUPPORT EMPLOYEES IN PROCEDURES SUCH AS: ILLNESS, DISABILITY, RETIREMENT, BENEFITS, LIFE INSURANCE, AND OTHERS.
