We are part of **OPW**, a subsidiary of **Dover Corporation**, a global industry leader, currently integrated into its **Propane Energy Solutions** division. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering or related degree (completed) * English level B1 (preferred) * Minimum 6 months of experience in quality and/or manufacturing * Experience in production lines * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 * Knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) * Experience in incoming, in-process, and final product inspection * Experience in the metal-mechanical sector (preferred) **Technical Knowledge** * Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings * Proficiency with measuring instruments: * Vernier calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, pressure gauges, thread testers, height gauges, gauges, and pins * Knowledge of UL, TÜV specifications and applicable regulations **Responsibilities** * Conduct quality inspections in manufacturing processes (welding) * Release materials and products conforming to specifications * Identify, document, and report deviations from quality standards * Collaborate with the production team to ensure product excellence * Participate in internal and external audits * Support the implementation of continuous improvements in quality processes **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: **$15,000** * Grocery vouchers: **$1,600 per month** * Savings fund: **11%** * Vacation bonus: **42.5%** * Statutory vacation days * Year-end bonus (above statutory minimum), based on seniority: * 1 year: 16 days * 2 years: 17 days * 3+ years: 18 days * Guaranteed PTU (15 days) * Life insurance and funeral expense coverage * Psychological support assistance * Additional rest days (7 to 9 extra days beyond official holidays) **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:36 PM **Work Location**: Naucalpan de Juárez Nearby areas (max. 1 hour): * CDMX: Azcapotzalco, Miguel Hidalgo, Álvaro Obregón, Cuajimalpa * State of Mexico: Tlalnepantla, Atizapán, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Huixquilucan, Tultitlán Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
