* Immediate hiring of a PREMIUM AFORE Advisor **Requirements:** \- Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law. \- 1 year of experience in sales or a related field. \- Interest in continuing education (training will be provided to prepare for and pass the CONSAR exam). \- Availability of personal transportation (on-site visits to companies). \- Office hours. \- Commissions. \- Updated tax status certificate (not older than 3 months). * Responsibilities: \- Expand market communication channels by conducting telephone prospecting and off-site outreach to provide targeted patrimonial and financial advisory services to premium clients. \- Address and resolve reasons behind clients' transfers away from their current AFORE, encouraging them to remain with AFORE Coppel. \- Re-engage clients who transferred to another AFORE over a year ago by contacting them via telephone, providing assistance, and inviting them to return to AFORE Coppel. \- Ensure high-quality client service and support during prospecting activities for AFORE Coppel and BanCoppel, adapting to regulatory changes while maintaining up-to-date training and certification to serve clients effectively. \- Promote increased retirement savings among clients through sales efforts, encouraging them to transfer to AFORE Coppel via personalized advisory support. * Training accredited by **CONSAR** is provided. Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract. Salary: $16,000.00 \- $19,000.00 per month.
