Development of technical reports and quantity takeoffs Mills in energy and telecommunications is looking for your talent We are seeking a "Project Architect" Architect (Intern or Graduate). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction supervision and/or material quantity takeoff. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. Proficiency in SketchUp Desirable knowledge of specialty installations Organized, responsible, and capable of on-site problem solving. Responsibilities: * Drawing and designing AutoCAD plans in 2D (70%) and 3D (50%) * Reading and interpreting drawings * Interpreting and performing quantity takeoffs (volumetric calculations) * Developing technical reports * Site surveys * Isometrics * Construction generators * Concept catalogs * Proficiency in SketchUp Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
