Validate the quality of both physical and system-based information. 2. Knowledge and application of service-level agreements (SLAs). 3. Apply the 5S methodology and continuous improvement within areas under your responsibility. 4. Monitor all processes using contractual and internal performance indicators. 5. Manage proper workload balancing across both human capital and material resources. 6. Weekly review and authorization of payroll incidents for personnel under your supervision. 7. Maintain disciplined expense control to ensure financial profitability. 8. Ensure compliance with customer SLAs for receiving, inventory, and shipping. 9. Ensure all processes are managed via documented procedures on authorized platforms. 10. Serve as a key user in WMS or systems supporting assigned accounts. 11. Track the training matrix per position for personnel under your supervision. 12. Ensure adherence to company safety policies and general operational policies under your responsibility. **What we’d like you to bring** Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field. Experience: 3+ years in project administration, personnel management (high-performance teams), and logistical process control. Proficiency in Excel and KPI reporting. WMS knowledge.
