Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success Junior Implementer **Schedule:** Flexible availability to cover shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM **Work Location:** San Nicolás de los Garza **Main Responsibilities:** Support the implementation of processes, tools, and operational solutions within the plant. Train end users on the correct use of implemented tools, processes, and methodologies. Provide assistance and support to users during the implementation and stabilization phases. Track incidents, questions, and requests related to the implemented operation. Document processes, findings, and improvement opportunities. Perform basic data analysis and generate follow-up reports. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper project execution. Proactively propose operational and process improvements. Support assigned activities during on-call duty or shift rotation when required. Requirements Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Willingness to travel to various plants. Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools or statistical applications is desirable.
