




JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST Contract: Indefinite Salary: Competitive Location: SPARTEK Industrial Park, Palo Alto (CP 76709\), Querétaro, Mexico \| Mode: 100% in-person Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 **Note:** We do not provide company transportation, so it is important that candidates can commute independently to the workplace. POSITION OBJECTIVE: Provide administrative and operational support in Human Resources processes such as recruitment, selection, training, file management, and employee assistance, contributing to the smooth operation of the department. * Carry out recruitment and selection processes. * Support employee onboarding, training, and development programs. * Monitor and verify electronic attendance records, tracking overtime, absences, and leaves. * Support initiatives related to organizational climate, engagement, and internal communication. * Assist managers and employees with HR-related matters; * Collaborate in the creation and updating of human resources policies and procedures; * Participate in continuous improvement projects. Requirements: * **Education:** Technical degree in administration or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 1 year in similar roles (desirable). * Basic knowledge of Excel and management systems (ERP or HR). * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Document drafting and filing skills. * Organizational and detail-oriented skills. * Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. * Effective communication skills. * Proactivity and teamwork.
