FIELD COLLECTIONS EXECUTIVE **Base Location:** Calkini, Tenabo, Hecelchakan **Challenges You’ll Face in This Role:** * **Contribute to the company’s healthy finances** and **reintegrate customers into the active portfolio**, enabling them to qualify for additional loans. * **Perform field collections** on assigned accounts to meet recovery targets. * **Meet the established number of home visits**, as well as assigned productivity goals, to align with current recovery policies. * **Negotiate with customers**, offering flexible payment alternatives to secure solid agreements that benefit both the customer and the achievement of the defined monthly target. * **Prepare daily collection routes** to maximize efficiency of allocated resources and support. **If you are someone who:** * Works well in teams * Enjoys maintaining a fast-paced work rhythm to achieve challenging results. * Likes interacting with customers courteously and negotiating win-win outcomes. * Balances time effectively and organizes easily. * Prefers self-management regarding their customer portfolio (decision-making). * Likes completing what they start. **If you have:** * Completed high school or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, customer portfolio management, and fieldwork. * Own vehicle or motorcycle in good condition. * ***Availability of time***; familiarity with the geographic area and its surroundings. **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary + biweekly commissions (average MXN 10,000) * Grocery vouchers, issued monthly and usable at over 550,000 establishments nationwide. * Life insurance * Vacation days: at least 12 days per year, or prorated based on your start date, to enjoy with friends and family. * Vacation bonus: higher than the amount mandated by the Federal Labor Law. * Savings fund: your contributions (50%) and the company’s contributions (50%) are tax-free. **Upon joining our team and demonstrating strong performance, you’ll also receive:** * Gasoline allowance: MXN 2,300 * Vehicle/motorcycle maintenance allowance: MXN 1,525 * Excellent working environment * Internal growth opportunities **We invite you to apply!**
