**Subject Instructor \| Banking Products and Services** **About the Role** In this role, you will deliver knowledge to identify, analyze, and manage the main products and services offered by banking institutions—understanding their operation, regulatory framework, commercial application, and economic impact—in order to optimize customer service, financial decision-making, and efficient management within the banking sector. **Your Key Challenges:** * Understand and classify the primary financial products offered by banks, such as accounts, loans, investments, and insurance. * Comprehend the structure, terms, and requirements of banking services for different client types (individuals and legal entities). * Organize resources and time throughout the educational process. * Evaluate the utility and profitability of banking products from both the customer’s and the financial institution’s perspectives. **Profile We Seek:** **Essential Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree and professional license in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Banking and Financial Markets, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. * Experience: 2–3 years of combined teaching and professional experience in the field. **Desirable Qualifications:** * A Master’s degree with title and professional license in Finance, Economics, Financial Accounting, Banking and Financial Markets, or Financial Administration is desirable. * Familiarity with systems and platforms such as Teams, Blackboard, or similar. * Key competencies: digital and technological proficiency; ability to develop empathy, patience, and conflict resolution skills; capacity to design classes that foster critical thinking, creativity, and active participation. **Your Impact at UVM** At the Universidad del Valle de México, we educate well-rounded individuals for fulfilling lives and a better world.
