Job Summary: Automotive Service Advisor responsible for serving customers, managing service orders, diagnosing maintenance needs, and promoting additional services. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service in the automotive service area. 2. End-to-end management of service orders and vehicle tracking. 3. Promotion of additional services and preventive maintenance. Main Responsibilities: * Receive and assist automotive service customers. * Open and close service orders. * Identify maintenance or repair needs. * Explain diagnoses, timelines, and costs to customers. * Track vehicle status in the workshop. * Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisor. * Promote additional services and preventive maintenance. * Deliver vehicles and explain completed work. * Administrative control and system operation. Requirements: * Minimum education: High school diploma (technical or related field preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a service advisor, automotive advisor, or customer service representative in the automotive industry. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Computer proficiency. * Valid driver's license (preferred).
