Position Summary: Accounts Payable Analyst responsible for reviewing, processing, and ensuring accurate management of CFDIs, purchase requisitions, and supplier payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end CFDI and supplier payment management 2. Ensure tax compliance and proper documentation integration 3. Generate forecast and cash flow for payment planning **We are looking for:** Accounts Payable Analyst **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field **Responsibilities:** * Review the supplier portal to download CFDIs received from suppliers. * Verify that CFDIs meet tax requirements for deductibility. * Process provisioning and payment for received CFDIs. * Ensure that indirect procurement requisition requests comply with required information standards and established policies. * Guarantee correct integration of supporting documents for indirect payment requests with the Corporate Department. * Prepare payment requests for ADVANCE and EXTRAORDINARY PAYMENT according to the Payment Generation Policy. **Required Knowledge:** * Desired knowledge in supplier invoice receipt and administration. * Proficiency in ERP payment applications configured for executing tasks, both cash and credit-based. * Invoice registration and corresponding tracking in the system. * Generate and promote forecast for payment planning, as well as prepare cash flow for payment authorization. * Track and record confirmation of payments and advances to suppliers for paid invoices. **Working Hours** Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **We offer:** * Statutory benefits * Weekly salary payment * Food vouchers * Cafeteria service * Company-provided parking * And additional benefits...
