We are looking for a candidate with experience in operational supervision, financial auditing, and administrative control—capable of strengthening internal processes, ensuring policy compliance, and contributing to sound decision-making through strategic analysis and indicators. **Job Objective** Ensure control and supervision of the organization’s operational and financial processes through audits, information analysis, indicator review, and monitoring of internal policy compliance—thereby contributing to efficiency, profitability, and proper management of company resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and audit operational, administrative, and financial processes. * Identify deviations, risks, and opportunities within operations. * Review and strengthen internal controls. * Prepare executive reports, financial analyses, and performance indicators. * Conduct internal operational and financial audits. * Validate inventories, purchases, expenses, movements, and administrative controls. * Follow up on findings and corrective actions. * Analyze costs, profitability, and operational efficiency. * Supervise compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Coordinate periodic reviews at branches and operational areas. * Manage and supervise ERP systems for operational and financial control and analysis. * Ensure reliability of information generated in the system. * Participate in continuous improvement strategies and process optimization. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in controller roles, internal auditing, or operational control. * Knowledge of financial analysis, auditing, and internal controls. * Proficiency in ERP and administrative systems. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience preparing executive reports and indicators. * **Skills:** Strong organizational sense, analytical ability, effective communication, and leadership. * Willingness to travel and conduct operational audits. **We Offer** * Weekly salary payment. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional development. * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment.
