Our package includes: * **Compensation**: MXN $65,000–$75,000 per month, free of statutory deductions; full nominal statutory benefits; medical expense insurance; life insurance; connectivity service allowance; and grocery vouchers. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Remote **What We’re Looking For** * 5–7 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Data Lead. * Advanced English proficiency for training and daily work sessions. * Advanced skills in gathering end-user requirements and effectively managing stakeholder relationships across diverse business units. * 4–5 years of Python experience for data design and modeling (e.g., #NF, dimensional, STAR, semantic layers), data prototyping using libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. * 4–5 years of experience in Data Warehouse design, development, and modeling; ETL/ELT data flows; SFTP processing; pipelines ingesting data from various sources (APIs, streaming, databases); data lakes; queries; stored procedures on Snowflake Cloud Data Platform; and DBT integration with orchestrators such as Airflow, BigQuery, Dagster, Fivetran, and Airbyte. * 4–5 years of advanced Snowflake expertise: Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Time Travel, RBAC, resource monitors. * 2 years of experience designing data models using Medallion architecture, Data Mesh, or Modern Data Warehouse approaches. * Advanced knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB, Redis, etc.). * Familiarity with and experience in cloud DevOps on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
