Stability and development within an expanding company **Recruiter – Retail Experience for Construction Projects** **Location:** \[Tepalcates, CDMX] **Work Mode:** On-site **Department:** Human Capital / Human Resources **Job Description** We are looking for a **Recruiter with experience in the Retail sector**, preferably supporting expansion, remodeling, or construction projects for chains such as **Liverpool** or **El Palacio de Hierro**. You will be responsible for ensuring the attraction, screening, and selection of operational and administrative talent for construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with required profiles, timelines, and standards. **Responsibilities** * Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for positions related to **construction, maintenance, operations, and key retail roles**. * Strategically post vacancies on job boards, social media, databases, and internal sources. * Conduct initial, competency-based, and technical interviews according to the requested profile. * Coordinate interviews with project managers, supervisors, etc. * Validate documents, employment references, and internal filters. * Follow up with candidates through to hiring and support onboarding. * Provide periodic progress reports, recruitment KPIs, and staffing coverage reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (completed or incomplete). * **Minimum 2–3 years of Retail recruitment experience**, preferably in: Store openings, Remodeling, Construction / civil works * Knowledge of operational and administrative retail profiles. * Proficiency in mass recruitment sourcing channels. * Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of open positions. * Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented mindset. **Skills and Competencies** * Results-driven work approach * Organization and prioritization * Effective communication * Candidate negotiation and management * Results orientation * Adaptability and handling of multiple concurrent processes **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements * Opportunity for growth in retail projects * Professional work environment * Stability and development within an expanding company Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
