Customer service focus and resolution of client requests **Ota Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Polanco \- Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A company specializing in **tax services and personnel administration** is seeking a **Payroll Executive** with solid experience in comprehensive client management and technical expertise in payroll administration and labor obligations. **Position Objective** ----------------------- Ensure compliance with commercial and service agreements for assigned clients by providing direct assistance, timely follow-up, and specialized advisory services on payroll, human resources, and employer-employee obligations. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Direct client service and administration of approximately 15 clients. * Timely follow-up on requirements related to: + Payroll calculation and disbursement. + IMSS registrations and cancellations. + Employer-employee obligations. + Personnel administration. * Preparation of weekly and monthly reports. * Internal coordination to ensure process compliance. * Client visits (travel expenses covered). * Simultaneous management of multiple accounts while maintaining service quality. **Required Profile** -------------------- **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree (mandatory) **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years in a similar position. * Prior experience in outsourcing or external client service (mandatory). * Experience managing 8 or more clients simultaneously. **Technical Knowledge:** * Payroll calculation. * Processing of employee registrations and cancellations. * Labor and tax legislation (Federal Labor Law, Income Tax Law, IMSS Law). * Personnel administration processes. **Key Competencies:** * High sense of responsibility and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and verbal fluency. * Client orientation and empathy. * Analytical ability and mathematical aptitude. * Professional and impeccable appearance. * Stress tolerance and ability to manage multiple accounts. **We Offer** ------------- * Monthly salary: + $14,000 net for the first 3 months + $16,000 starting from the fourth month * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Year-end bonus: 15 days in the first year / 30 days starting from the second year. * Annual productivity bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary. * Life insurance. * Corporate mobile phone. * Permanent employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs. * Bi-weekly payroll cycle. **We Are Seeking** ------------ A senior professional with a service-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously and possessing strong technical expertise in payroll and personnel administration.
