Development of plans and budgets for management. **Job Description** ---------------------- Drive efficiency in input organization; ensure production operations and on-site installation. Daily * Supervise activities of assigned personnel (operational at plant and on site). * Monitor production losses and present productivity and cost statistics and indicators. * Coordinate work related to customer-reported warranties by reviewing and determining their causes, then submitting subsequent reports with proposals or improvements aimed at reducing such occurrences. Weekly * Ensure production continuity by reviewing and approving input requirements proposed by purchasing, production, and warehouse departments. * Review and approve designs proposed to internal and external customers, ensuring production quality and proper installation of finished work. * Develop production plans and ensure compliance based on secured contracts for timely and correct delivery. * Track and report production performance indicators and construction progress against targets and programs established by general management. * Set goals and objectives for members of each production section to ensure results, monitor progress achievement, and implement corrective measures in case of deviations. * Coordinate logistics for delivery and installation of each project, ensuring adherence to production timelines agreed upon with the client. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and/or equipment. * Supervise and maintain control over vehicle units (documentation and maintenance). Monthly * Prepare and submit weekly and/or monthly production results versus planned targets, as well as actual production costs versus budget, to management and/or general direction and the administrative board.
