You will work closely with sales and customer\-facing teams to configure backend systems, manage demo environments, and support operational workflows that keep everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for a detail\-oriented individual who thrives in structured processes and enjoys optimizing systems for efficiency and accuracy. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Partner with sales and customer success teams to set up new platform instances and configure customer accounts in the backend * Manage demo environments, including setting up and shutting down instances as needed * Execute and maintain custom configurations for both internal and external use cases * Follow established operational workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery * Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement ### **Qualifications \& Skills** * Several years of experience in operations, data entry, or administrative roles requiring high attention to detail * Comfort working within structured workflows and product\-related processes * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Proven ability to collaborate cross\-functionally with different teams * Resourceful, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and systems **Apply here:** **https://operationsarmy.com/application**
