**Operational Fleet Control Analyst** **Location:** Izcalli del Valle, State of Mexico (adjacent to Liverpool CEDIS) **Work Model:** 100% On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. *(includes lunch break)* **Salary:** $20,000 – $25,000 per month **About the Role** We are seeking an analytical, organized, and efficiency-oriented professional to monitor our fleet’s daily operations using data. You will serve as the bridge between field operations and strategic planning—identifying delays, deviations, and inconsistencies across departments and transforming them into reliable, actionable insights. This is a **100% analytical role**, focused on cross-functional data integration, logistical process auditing, and generating reports to support decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * **Route Auditing:** Analyze and validate planned vs. executed routes (monitoring deviations and timing). * **Incident Analysis:** Identify, log, and track operational errors or omissions to resolution. * **Data Reconciliation:** Cross-match operational data across departments (Traffic, Warehouse, Distribution). * **Dashboards and KPIs:** Generate fleet performance reports and key performance indicators. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 2–4 years in operational analysis, logistics, process control, or fleet monitoring. * **Education:** Completed degree in analytical fields (Engineering, Actuarial Science, Computer Systems, Logistics Management, or related). * GPA of 9.0 * **Hard Skills:** Advanced **Excel** and Google Sheets (complex formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables, large-scale data merging). * Preferred: Experience with GPS platforms, TMS, or logistics ERPs. * Bonus: Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or report automation. * **Soft Skills:** Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and assertive communication with operational teams. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus). * **Enhanced Benefits Package:** * Minor Medical Expense Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * On-site parking facilities * Job stability within a solid, continuously growing company. * A pivotal role with direct impact on distribution strategy.
