**Your Mission** Be a key part of Makora’s logistics operation, ensuring that every sofa reaches its destination on time, in perfect condition, and with the quality that sets us apart. This role has an operational–analytical focus, directly impacting customer experience and supply chain efficiency. **What will you do in this role?** * Manage and track shipping manifests with various courier companies. * Oversee the arrangement, organization, and flow of furniture in the shipping area. * Prepare daily delivery reports and logistics performance and cost indicators. * Track refunds, cancellations, and physical product verifications. * Update order statuses on marketplaces (Walmart, Coppel, Sears, Liverpool). * Analyze logistics processes and propose improvements to optimize time and costs. * Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure efficient operations. **What we’re looking for in you** * Experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, or shipping. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, filters). * Analytical ability and a continuous improvement mindset. * Effective communication and collaborative work skills. * Strong organizational skills, timely follow-up, and results orientation. * Preferred experience with logistics reporting and databases. **What we offer** * Job stability and growth opportunities. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Involvement in key processes of a growing company. * Professional development in logistics and operations.
