GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Must apply, develop, and strengthen their knowledge to properly and punctually supervise the work carried out by the contractor(s) responsible for the project; maintain constant communication; prepare site visit minutes; conduct photographic surveys and progress reports; and compile and organize the corresponding documentation per housing unit and per company development. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review of the executive project plan to ensure proper execution * Review of construction methods and itemized cost catalog * Supervision of work performed by contractors * Follow-up on observations made on-site * Follow-up on contractor’s questions regarding the project * Monitoring of the construction schedule as projected * Photographic survey during site supervision visits * Preparation of construction reports * Preparation of administrative documents Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Do you have your own vehicle?
