Here, every step you take brings you closer to your best self. **Job Objective:** Ensure compliance with security and profiling standards for access, user accounts, and privileged accounts within IT applications and services. **Key Responsibilities:*** Administer and manage teams responsible for access management, end-user accounts, application accounts, and service accounts. * Monitor and ensure compliance with audits related to access management. * Ensure stability of end-user applications within the company. * Define KPIs and SLAs for support to address business needs. * Ensure proactive monitoring of application availability using technological tools and automation. * Manage the software licensing “budget” and consulting budget. * Manage a team responsible for ensuring effectiveness and security standards for access management. * Develop and plan schedules and deliverables, analyzing project impacts to allocate resources effectively and meet established deadlines. * Deliver presentations to executive leadership. **Requirements:*** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, and/or Information Technologies. * Language: Advanced English. * Type and duration of experience: 3 years in project administration, system or application development, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and team management. * Knowledge: * ITIL framework (version 4). * Extensive knowledge of programming languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, among others) preferred. * Microservice architectures, APIs, and web services. * Tools: Automation, access management, and user account repositories (Active Directory). * **Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX.** **Competencies:*** Organizational ability. * Motivation and inspiration. * Results orientation. **Business knowledge.** **What We Offer You?** At AXA Mexico, we provide a path to enhance your skills, grow personally and professionally, and experience a journey that challenges you to become better each day.
