Collaborate in defining data-driven commercial strategies Join our great team at Términal Logistics as a Data Analyst, where you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support the company’s strategic decision-making. You will work with large volumes of information, building reports, dashboards, and insights that improve the efficiency of our operations and the effectiveness of our commercial and administrative areas. We seek an analytical, detail-oriented, results-driven profile with the ability to clearly communicate complex findings to diverse teams. **Responsibilities:** * Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources. * Develop interactive dashboards and reports for commercial, administrative, and operations teams. * Generate periodic performance, commercial, and financial reports. * Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement from data. * Support the definition of KPIs and business metrics, ensuring proper tracking. * Automate reporting processes to optimize time and reduce errors. * Collaborate directly with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and account executives to define data-driven commercial strategies. * Present findings and recommendations clearly and understandably to non-technical stakeholders. * Analyze inventory, turnover, and working capital. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role. * Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, aggregations, optimization). * Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, executive visualization) / Tableau. * Solid advanced Excel skills and basic statistical analysis knowledge. * Ability to transform data into clear, actionable insights. * Communication skills to interact effectively with business units and technical teams. * Attention to detail and ability to organize large volumes of information. * Experience working with commercial teams or KAMs. * Ability to translate data into commercial strategy. * Desired experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or bonded warehouses. * Analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile. * Must reside near Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA). **We Offer:** * 10% food vouchers * 13% savings fund contribution * 40% vacation bonus * Food allowance * 30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Life insurance
