As a Digital Commercial Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for: Tracking online orders. Validating customer invoices. Tracking customer refunds. Managing pickups with courier services. Managing order cancellations and returns. Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Cataloging and updating products. Resolving order-related incidents.
