Job Summary: The Digital Commercial Operations Assistant will manage online orders, invoicing, refunds, logistics, coordinate with the warehouse, catalog products, and resolve order-related incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages online orders, invoicing, and digital logistics. 2. Collaborates with the warehouse and resolves order-related incidents. 3. Updates products and manages digital platforms. **Job Description** ---------------------- Track online orders. As a Digital Commercial Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for: Tracking online orders. Validating customer invoices. Tracking customer refunds. Managing pickups with courier services. Managing order cancellations and returns. Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Cataloging and updating products. Resolving order-related incidents.
