This role will integrate **cloud\-native architectures**, **CI/CD pipelines**, **DevOps practices**, and **AI models** (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP) into production environments. **Key Responsibilities** **Architecture and Development** * Design and implement **microservices** and **serverless functions** on **AWS/GCP/Azure** (multi\-cloud), applying security, resilience, and cost\-optimization best practices. * Develop APIs and backend services in **Node.js and/or Python**, following **OOP**, SOLID principles, and quality standards (unit and integration tests). * Build **data and training/inference pipelines** for **ML/DL**, containerized with Docker and orchestrated on **Kubernetes** (GKE/EKS/AKS). * Implement **real\-time and batch inference** for **ML, CNN/RNN/LSTM**, **Computer Vision**, and **NLP** models. **MLOps \& DevOps** * Design and implement **CI/CD** (build, test, deploy, canary/blue\-green, rollback) using **Cloud Build/Deploy** (GCP) or equivalents in AWS/Azure. * Automate infrastructure with **IaC** (Terraform / Cloud Deployment Manager / ARM/Bicep). * Implement **end\-to\-end observability** (logs, metrics, traces) using **Cloud Monitoring/Logging** (or equivalents) and SLO/SLI dashboards. * Manage **cloud costs** (cost explorer, budgets/alerts) and resource optimization. **AI/ML (Deep Dive)** * Develop models using **scikit\-learn**, **TensorFlow/Keras**, **PyTorch** for supervised, unsupervised, CV, and NLP use cases. * Integrate **OpenCV/cv2** for computer vision pipelines (pre/post\-processing). * Implement **feature stores**, model/data versioning, and **model serving** with auto\-scaling. * Ensure **model governance**: reproducibility, drift monitoring, fairness, and compliance. **Agile / Scrum Master** * Participate in Scrum ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews, retros) and remove impediments. * Manage backlog, agile metrics (velocity, lead time), and foster continuous delivery. * Collaborate with stakeholders (product, security, data) to align objectives. **Requirements (Hard Skills)** **Cloud (one or more, multi\-cloud preferred):** * **GCP**: Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Storage, **Cloud SQL**, **Cloud Functions**, **GKE**, **BigQuery**, **Cloud Build**, **Cloud Deploy**, **Cloud Monitoring and Logging**. * **AWS (preferred)**: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EKS, SageMaker/Step Functions, CloudWatch/CloudTrail, CodeBuild/CodePipeline. * **Azure (preferred)**: VM/Functions, AKS, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, ML, Monitor, DevOps Pipelines. **Backend and Languages:** * **Node.js** and/or **Python** (mandatory), **OOP**, design patterns, REST/GraphQL. * Testing (Jest/PyTest), linters/formatters, dependency and environment management. **AI/ML:** * Supervised/unsupervised **ML** (**scikit\-learn**). * **Deep Learning**: **CNN, RNN, LSTM** with **TensorFlow/Keras** and/or **PyTorch**. * **Computer Vision**: **OpenCV/cv2**, data augmentation, real\-time inference. * **NLP**: **spaCy**, **NLTK** (Hugging Face Transformers preferred). * MLOps: versioning (DVC/MLflow/Git), artifacts, tracking, serving, monitoring. **DevOps / CI\-CD / Infrastructure:** * **Docker**, **Kubernetes** (ingress, HPA, probes, secrets, ConfigMaps). * **CI/CD**: **Cloud Build/Deploy** (GCP) or equivalents; GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) preferred. * **IaC**: **Terraform** (policy as code with OPA/Conftest preferred). * **Observability**: metrics, logs, and traces; alerts and dashboards. **Security and Compliance:** * IAM/roles, secrets (Secret Manager/Parameter Store/Key Vault), image scanning, encryption in transit/at rest, network policies (VPC, firewall), basic compliance (e.g., ISO/PCI/PII as applicable). **Competencies** * Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders. * Results\-oriented mindset, product thinking, and impact\-driven prioritization. * Analytical thinking and complex problem solving. * Self\-directed learning and continuous upskilling. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor\'s or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience). **Reference Tools** * **Languages**: Python, Node.js (TypeScript preferred). * **ML/DL**: scikit\-learn, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, OpenCV, spaCy, NLTK (Hugging Face preferred). * **Data**: BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow (or equivalents), Cloud SQL, object storage. * **Orchestration/Serving**: Kubernetes (GKE/EKS/AKS), serverless (Cloud Functions/Lambda/Azure Functions). * **DevOps**: Git, Cloud Build/Deploy, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD (preferred). * **Observability**: Cloud Monitoring/Logging, Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry (preferred). * **Security**: IAM, Secret Manager, KMS, container scanners.
