A better future? **We're Lear For You.** **NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY \| LEAR CORPORATION** **ASSISTANT CONTROLLER** **AGUA PRIETA PLANT** Provide accurate, complete and in timely manner P\&L / BS / FCF, it also includes contribution margin analysis for company products by part number. With full knowledge, understanding and support information of all financial items involved. To the extent of becoming a key team member, due to this knowledge at the time of providing improvement actions for a product. **Your tasks will be****:** * Understanding and coordination of all parties involved in gathering all products costs. With the end objective of having accurate, complete and timely cost by part number. * Ensuring in having detail support information of all costs. Ex. Purchase orders for direct material, actual invoices for calculation of freight cost per part, Engineering timings for labor etc. * Monthly Forecast calculations. * Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Year – end Financials delivery including explanations to the main gaps to the prior versions. * Prepare financial reports, journal entries and account reconciliations as required. * Variance analysis * Product Analysis Profitability * KPIs **To be successfull in this role you will need:** * Bachelor’s degree in general accounting/Finance * Requires \+5 years of Finance Experience working in a manufacturing environment. * Skill in computer software Office.
