




E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION Provide administrative support and omnichannel customer service for e-commerce clients, ensuring accurate order management, incident handling, and request resolution within established timeframes. This role focuses on case tracking, analysis, and resolution—not direct sales—guaranteeing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities 1\. Manage and track customer requests via **omnichannel channels**: · Phone · Email · Chat / digital platform 2\. Primarily **Back Office** support, including: · Reviewing and validating orders in the system. · Tracking incidents (payments, invoicing, returns, cancellations, shipments). · Updating case status and properly closing cases. 3\. Daily use of SAP for: · Querying and modifying orders. · Validating customer information. · Generating reports and monitoring processes. 4\. Coordination with internal departments (logistics, billing, IT, commercial). 5\. Detailed documentation of each case in CRM or internal system. 6\. Adherence to SLAs and response time requirements. 7\. Identification of recurring issues and proposals for process improvement. Support in administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.
