AI Developer (Full-Stack & Prompt Engineering)

Summary: Seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and implement AI solutions, develop modern web applications, and build scalable backend services on Azure. Highlights: 1. Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models 2. Build and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS/Angular 3. Implement scalable backend services using C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Python Key Responsibilities AI \& Prompt Engineering • Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models to support Bray use cases such as: o Internal copilots and AI assistants o Knowledge search and summarization o Workflow and decision support • Apply prompt engineering techniques including structured prompting, few\-shot learning, prompt chaining, and context optimization. • Evaluate AI output quality, reliability, and cost; iterate using metrics, testing, and business feedback. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate real operational needs into effective AI solutions. • Document prompt patterns, standards, and best practices aligned with responsible AI principles. Frontend Development • Build and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS/Angular. • Develop intuitive user interfaces that integrate AI features such as chat experiences, intelligent forms, and AI\-assisted workflows. • Ensure frontend solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, security, accessibility, and usability. • Work closely with product owners, user\-centric solutions. Backend Development • Design and implement scalable backend services using C\#, ASP.NET Web API, and Python. • Develop RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and AI integrations. • Integrate AI models and services into backend systems using APIs and SDKs. • Implement authentication, authorization, logging, error handling, and monitoring. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following Bray’s development standards. Cloud \& Azure Responsibilities • Deploy, configure, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure. • Leverage Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts, and Key Vault. • Integrate Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services where appropriate. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud best practices for availability, security, and cost optimization. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3\+ years of professional experience in software development. • Hands\-on experience with Prompt Engineering and Large Language Models. • Strong frontend experience with ReactJS and/or Angular. • Solid backend development experience with C\# / ASP.NET Web API and Python. • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. • Practical experience deploying and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure. • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows. • Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or AI agent solutions. • Familiarity with enterprise system integration and data\-driven applications. • Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and security considerations. • Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise IT environments. • Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud\-native architectures.
