Generate electronic stamping of Carta Porte Complement for tax compliance Descripción As a **Control Desk Analyst**, you will be responsible for ensuring the internal and regulatory administrative processes of material collection shipments at PPG Comex plants, guaranteeing supply in compliance with current internal and tax policies. Additionally, you will generate controls and analyses that enable effective cost management within the approved budget and serve as a liaison with the areas involved in this process. This position reports to the Administrative Management. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage transportation requests for the collection of materials at PPG Comex plants, ensuring the registration of all related documentation in the systems. * Record collection shipment route sheets in OTM accurately, ensuring transaction data accuracy and validating that freight rates correspond to those negotiated by the Purchasing department with the carrier. * Generate the electronic stamping of the Carta Porte Complement in Oracle, in compliance with current tax regulations, ensuring ownership of the materials during transit to any PPG Comex plant. * Release the route sheet and the stamped Carta Porte Complement to the carrier prior to shipment, preventing fines or confiscation in the event of inspections during transportation. * Ensure data accuracy in shipment records through OTM, guaranteeing logistics cost traceability and supporting effective decision\-making. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration** or **Accounting**. * At least **1 year of experience**. * Experience in **accounts payable management** and **vendor/customer service**. * Knowledge of the **shipment release and payment process**. **You will have benefits: Holidays, Health Insurance, Life Insurance.** **About us:** **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD™** Through leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
