




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in billing, cash handling, and administrative support for sales and collections in the automotive sector. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in issuing and managing CFDIs 2. Cash handling and various payment methods 3. Administrative support for sales and customer management **1. Billing** * Issue digital fiscal receipts (CFDIs) for tire sales and automotive services, in compliance with current tax regulations. * Verify that customers' tax information is accurate and complete prior to invoice issuance. * Perform cancellations and reissuances in accordance with internal procedures and SAT requirements. * Maintain physical and/or digital control and filing of issued fiscal documentation. **2. Cash Handling** * Collect payments for services and products using authorized payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or others). * Maintain daily income records. * Apply electronic payment receipts corresponding to daily cash reports. * Prepare and submit daily cash reports. * Safeguard cash and related documentation. * Immediately report any discrepancies or irregularities detected in cash handling. **3. Administrative Support** * Record sales and collection transactions in the relevant administrative systems. * Assist in basic credit customer control, as applicable. * Coordinate information and documentation with the administrative and accounting departments. * Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
