




Job Summary: This position involves receiving PODs, billing trips, tracking issues, updating costs, generating BDDs, and providing customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end billing management and trip tracking. 2. Updating and disputing costs to ensure accuracy. 3. Direct interaction with strategic customers and addressing their needs. · Receiving PODs · Billing trips as they are received · Tracking trips with issues for prompt resolution · Updating the Penske route file with current costs per the assignment letter; disputing cost discrepancies if any · Generating BDDs for strategic customers to secure payments · Responding promptly to customer emails and answering the assigned phone line · Validating trip rates in the Colorado system versus customer platforms · Logging into various strategic customer portals and billing trips on different platforms · Sending and tracking POD evidence via courier as required by the customer · Billing customers without fixed routes or fixed costs (e.g., bulk, mixed cargo) · Uploading POD evidence to various customers’ platforms Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you have convenient transportation access to Libramiento Óscar Flores Tapia?
