The position focuses on providing support to the billing, collections, and customer service departments, as well as performing basic administrative tasks. Requirements: * Graduate or intern in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * 1 to 2 years of verifiable experience in administrative or accounting roles. * Basic knowledge of billing and customer service. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Word. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Age: 21 to 38 years. * Willingness to learn and proactive attitude. Main Responsibilities: * Create and update documents using basic Word and Excel. * Issue invoices and payment receipts to customers. * Handle and follow up on reports, tasks, and administrative processes. * Send collection notices and track payments. * Organize administrative files and reports. * Provide customer service and support primarily via email and phone.
