




Position Summary: Preventive and corrective maintenance of primary and secondary transportation vehicles to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Team coordination in the supervisor's absence REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Maintain vehicles in optimal operating condition through preventive and corrective services for primary and secondary transportation, directly and indirectly contributing to customer satisfaction and proper execution of the department’s work system. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform preventive maintenance according to monthly schedules defined by the department. Perform corrective maintenance on units as required. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on secondary cargo units from regional branches. Assist in transferring units to external workshops. Participate in workplace safety activities. Conduct failure analysis as needed. Support autonomous maintenance in anomaly detection. Receive units according to the work system. Record labor intervention times in maintenance orders. Apply the 5S methodology to every task performed. Actively participate in ROM (Morning Operational Meetings). **OTHER ACTIVITIES:** Actively participate in extraordinary activities requiring support (emergency response teams, joint committees, drills, etc.). Complete at least two LUPs (Local Understanding Papers) per week. Conduct 5S audits. Document tasks performed during the workday. Coordinate the gemba work team in the supervisor's absence to ensure uninterrupted workflow. REQUIREMENTS Technical degree; experience in refrigeration (refrigerated units); general mechanical knowledge; availability to rotate shifts and work on holidays; strong sense of belonging; responsible and capable of working under pressure.
