Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support preventive maintenance programs, cleaning activities, and fault reporting for freezing and refrigeration facilities. Join our team as: **Maintenance Assistant** Responsibilities: * Cleaning and Painting: Perform cleaning and painting tasks in facilities as needed. * Technical Assistance: Support preventive maintenance programs under supervision. * Reporting: Report major equipment failures. * Participate in order and cleanliness campaigns at the distribution center. * Comply with and enforce safety and hygiene regulations. REQUIREMENTS * Education: High school diploma or technical certificate (certified). Technical degree preferred. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Experience in maintenance of distribution centers or plants. * Knowledge of painting, welding, masonry, hydraulic mechanics, and plumbing. * Availability to rotate across three shifts.
