Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Technician to perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and infrastructure in Mexico City. Key Highlights: 1. CBRE is the global leader in real estate consulting, marketing, property services, and maintenance. **Electrical Technician.** Location: Torre Sur, Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 301, Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, 11520 Ciudad de México, CDMX. Schedule: Afternoon shift from 2 PM to 10 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM / Morning shift: Monday 6 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday through Friday 7 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM **Requirements:** Technical degree in electricity, electromechanics, or related field. 2 years of experience as an electrical technician. **Responsibilities:** * Fault diagnosis * Maintenance of electrical panels * Inspection and maintenance of rooftop signage lighting * Maintenance of submersible pumps, recirculating pumps, and water heaters * Support for HVAC and air extraction systems, air handling units (AHUs), and variable air volume (VAV) systems * Maintenance of refrigerated beverage coolers (frigobares) * Support in infrastructure maintenance (doors, movable walls, blinds, furniture) * Drain and sink unclogging and maintenance * Preventive inspections and fault correction **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the world leader in commercial real estate services and investment—driving progress for businesses and individuals.
