Team collaboration and focus on continuous improvement. ### **Mission** * Repair and diagnose major electronic components of Vending Machines (bill acceptors, coin acceptors, electronic cards, and sales sensors), based on the policies, procedures, and repair strategies and resource optimization guidelines of the Central Electronic Services Workshop, ensuring achievement of repair objectives for major vending electronic components. ### **Responsibilities** **Operations and Repair:** * Diagnose and repair electronic components of vending machines—including coin acceptors, bill acceptors, electronic cards, and sales sensors—ensuring proper functionality. * Execute repairs effectively and efficiently, complying with quality standards, scheduled timelines, and optimal resource utilization. * Support the development and implementation of improvement strategies to optimize repair processes. * Identify and prevent recurring failures, promoting a culture of preventive and predictive maintenance. **Resource Management:** * Manage assigned materials, spare parts, tools, and inventory responsibly, safeguarding the budget and avoiding losses or waste. * Optimize reuse of spare parts recovered from decommissioned equipment to reduce average repair cost. * Maintain tools in good condition, clean, and properly secured per established procedures. **Productivity and Teamwork:** * Meet repair objectives on time and as required, aligned with the operational needs of the Central Electronic Services Workshop (CESW). * Collaborate within work cells, supporting colleagues falling behind to ensure collective goal attainment. * Monitor individual and group workshop progress to prevent idle equipment and ensure timely dispatch of repaired units. **Training and Continuous Improvement:** * Actively participate in technical training on new equipment or updates, reducing errors caused by knowledge gaps. * Identify opportunities for improvement that enhance CESW productivity, quality, and profitability. ### **Education** * Education: Technical degree (verifiable) ### **Experience** * Refrigeration * Vending (vending machines) * Class C driver's license ### **Job-Specific Knowledge** * Time Management * Warehouse Management * Project Management (Plant Maintenance) ### **Job Location:** * Monterrey, Nuevo León.
