DE C.V. is seeking a Data Analyst in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **GRUPO ANDRADE AUTOMOTRIZ**, with franchises including Chevrolet, Nissan, Ford, Hyundai, and others, is seeking: "**Desflote (Pre-owned Vehicles) Analyst / Fintech**" for the Automotive Sector. **Profile we are seeking:** * We are targeting young, analytical professionals with strong technological adaptability, preferably graduates of business, data analytics, or operations-related programs. **Completed Bachelor's Degree:** * Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems/Data Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related fields. **Experience:** * **3 to 4 years of experience in companies specializing in:** Automotive Fintech, Financial Startups, Digital Credit Platforms, or Pre-owned Vehicle Platforms — conducting operational analysis, commercial trend analysis, and KPI generation. * **Bonus: Experience in the Automotive Sector as a Data Analyst.** **Key Skills:** * **Advanced Excel proficiency.** * **Development and analysis of BI dashboards.** * Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio. * Data and KPI analysis. * Inventory tracking and turnover monitoring. * Interpretation of commercial trends. * Strong adaptability to technological tools and automation. **Job Objective:** * Manage and accelerate the **pre-owned vehicle desflote process** through data analysis, commercial follow-up, and indicator generation, **ensuring efficient inventory turnover and data-driven decision-making.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitoring pre-owned vehicle inventory. * Tracking aging and turnover rates. * Preparing executive reports and dashboards **(Power BI).** * Analyzing sales and desflote behavior. * Proposing improvements to accelerate unit disposition. * Cross-checking and validating commercial and financial data. * Close monitoring of departmental KPIs. **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$35,000 \- $45,000 gross monthly.** * Statutory benefits (12 vacation days, 15-day bonus, 25% vacation premium, 5% savings fund, 100% IMSS contribution). * Direct hiring under a fully nominal employment scheme. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM–2 PM. * Collaborative team environment, positive workplace culture, and growth opportunities. * Bi-weekly, timely payroll processing via **BBVA.** **Primary Work Location:** * Benito Juárez (5-minute walk from Metro Etíopia station). **IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION, APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW.
