Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** in this role, where you will be responsible for: * Requirements and initiative management * Eliciting, documenting, and tracking functional and business requirements * Ensuring clarity regarding scope, definitions, and deliverables * Coordinating initiative execution with involved departments * Operational coordination * Aligning business, product, and technology for proper initiative execution **Requirements:** * **Professional education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (digital focus preferred); or related fields. * **Years of experience:** 2–3 years * **Areas of experience:** Digital project or product management; experience coordinating multiple areas (business, technology, operations); or experience in banking, fintech, or regulated environments (highly preferred). * **Required knowledge:** General knowledge of banking products and project coordination (agile or hybrid approach preferred). * Languages: English (preferred) * Willingness to travel: Not required * Willingness to relocate: Not required At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
