Job Summary: We are seeking an Auditor to ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), tax regulations, and applicable legal frameworks by reviewing and evaluating accounting, financial, and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations. 2. Review and evaluate accounting, financial, and administrative processes. 3. Propose improvements and prepare technical reports. **Auditor** Legal Firm **Position Objective** Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), tax regulations, and applicable legal frameworks through the review, analysis, and evaluation of the firm’s and its clients’ accounting, financial, and administrative processes. **Responsibilities** * Review and evaluate financial statements in accordance with current FRS. * Verify compliance with applicable tax obligations and regulatory requirements. * Analyze administrative controls and processes, proposing improvements. * Identify financial, accounting, and operational risks. * Prepare reports and technical documentation arising from reviews. * Supervise proper application of accounting policies. * Stay updated on tax reforms and regulatory changes. * Coordinate documentary reviews and substantive testing. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (mandatory). * Minimum 3–5 years of auditing experience. * Up-to-date knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS). * Solid understanding of Mexican tax legislation (Income Tax, VAT, Federal Tax Code, and other applicable provisions). * Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility. * Professional ethics and confidentiality. **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications in auditing or accounting. * Experience in accounting or legal firms. * Knowledge of internal control and risk management. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
