Support administrative school management and communication between DGIRE and CCH-Marillac by handling student registrations, documentation, and activity coordination.

Description
Transport and safeguard all documentation generated between DGIRE and CCH\-Marillac.
Regularly review DGIRE microsites, as well as notices, circulars, and calls for extension and linkage activities, congresses, courses, or other relevant information, and disseminate them to the Technical Directorate and Academic Coordination.
Use the Technical Directorate’s access key to log into the DGIRE platform to register students and assign curricula.
Review, organize, and scan official documents submitted by new enrollees (originals, legible, and up-to-date).
Assist in organizing biometric data collection, formal or activity-related photography, and maintaining the department’s photo database.
Deliver SI student identification cards for first-time enrollees with signed acknowledgment of receipt.
Monitor administrative agreements between tutors and the General Directorate.
Deliver, under supervision of the School Services Coordinator and Technical Directorate, terminal high school certificates issued by DGIRE\-UNAM; archive an institutional copy.
Support the Technical Directorate in internal academic\-administrative processes.
Profile/Requirements
Minimum one year of verifiable experience in school services, preferably in schools affiliated with DGIRE.
Incomplete bachelor’s degree or bachelor’s candidate, preferably in an administrative field.
Minimum age: 28 years.
Competencies: Problem analysis and resolution, capacity for learning, optimism and enthusiasm, organization and planning, interpersonal communication, teamwork.
