Project Manager Cybersecurity

We are seeking a (position name), Key responsibilities: * Lead cybersecurity projects and vulnerability remediation initiatives. * Coordinate technical teams, infrastructure, security, operations, and business units. * Manage the full project lifecycle—from planning through implementation and closure. * Define and optimize agile processes for management and application of patches (patch management). * Monitor dependencies among components of the technology architecture. * Identify bottlenecks in end-to-end patching processes, including technical and operational validations. * Assess risks associated with changes, updates, and remediation activities. * Design and execute action plans for risk and incident mitigation. * Continuously track initiative progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. * Generate executive reports, metrics, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. * Ensure effective communication and alignment across all involved areas. * Promote agile management best practices and continuous improvement. Requirements: * More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Scrum Master. * Experience managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technology transformation projects. * Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies. * Experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role. * Experience working with CI/CD processes. * Knowledge of technology architectures and system interdependencies. * Experience in risk management and mitigation planning. * Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders. * Experience in tracking, monitoring, and executive reporting. * Advanced English (B2/C1) is mandatory. Desirable: * Experience in Vulnerability Management processes. * Knowledge of Patch Management. * Familiarity with Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Scrum, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications. * Experience in financial or insurance sectors.
